Oak Aging Barrels
Hand-coopered American and French oak barrels for wine, whisky and beer.
Coopered for flavour, not just capacity
Our cooperage sources air-dried American white oak and French oak staves, toasted to order over open flame. Toast level and oak origin shape how much vanilla, spice and tannin a spirit or wine picks up during ageing, so we work with each customer's cellar programme rather than shipping one default barrel.
- American oak (bourbon-style) and French oak (wine-style) staves
- Light, medium, medium-plus and heavy toast levels
- New barrels and once-used (re-coopered) options
- Custom head branding for distillery and winery orders
