OUR STORY

Nineteen years of packaging for India's industry

Razavi Barrel was founded in 2005 by a small team reconditioning steel drums for paint and solvent manufacturers around Turbhe. As demand grew for consistent, leak-tested packaging, the company moved into new drum manufacturing, then added HDPE plastic barrel lines, and later a small-batch oak cooperage for wineries and distilleries.

Today the Turbhe, Navi Mumbai facility runs steel, plastic and oak production side by side, with an in-house tool room that lets us cut custom sizes and fittings rather than forcing customers into a handful of standard molds.

HOW WE WORK

What holds up under a customer's line speed

Testing before dispatch

Every batch is checked for seam strength, leak-proofing and drop resistance before it leaves the floor, with records kept against the batch number.

Custom tooling

Need a non-standard height, neck size or bung placement? Our tool room can adapt existing dies or cut new ones for qualifying order volumes.

Export-ready packing

Palletised, shrink-wrapped and container-load packing plans are built around your shipping lane, not a generic default.
